PRE- EVENT Volunteer Position

This is a role that is completed prior to Night to Shine — in some cases, weeks ahead of time. You are welcome to sign up for both a Pre-Event and an Event position. For Pre-Event positions, you DO NOT have to have your clearances completed.

All volunteers 18 and over must submit a copy of a 2024/2025 PA State Police Background Check. (https://epatch.state.pa.gov) Indicate you are a volunteer for King Street Church; phone (717) 264-4651 when providing your information. When you are notified that the check is completed, check on the Control # in the top left corner; click on "Certification Form" and print the results.
